Job summary

Yayasan Kreasi Penerus Asa is opening a new preschool branch in Batam and seeks a qualified Preschool Lead Teacher to shape classroom culture and mentor teachers. You will plan lessons, lead Pre-K activities, and ensure a joyful, developmental learning environment for early learners.

Requirements include at least four years in preschool/kindergarten teaching, strong English skills, possible Mandarin experience, and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Prior experience as a Kindergarten Lead Teacher in an international preschool is highly preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Fluent in Mandarin or have experience teaching Mandarin for kindergarten is a plus point
• Passionate about Early Childhood Education
• A lifelong learner
