Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or kindergarten-age learners.
• Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and contribute to Curriculum Development that aligns with school philosophy and standards.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
• Experience in or understanding of Kindergarten and preschool classroom management and child-centered teaching approaches.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering character development, creativity, and independent thinking in young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to new educational approaches, and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is an advantage, along with familiarity with modern teaching tools and resources.

Role Description

The Preschool Teacher role at ACE Indonesia is a full-time, on-site position based in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons that support holistic development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
