Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking an experienced presales and solution consultant in Jakarta to lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity proposals. You will assess client needs, craft tailored technical and commercial solutions, and present credible demonstrations.

Your role requires collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure feasible and compliant outcomes. You will drive POC sessions, negotiate terms, and contribute to strategy with market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales in cybersecurity/IT.
• Proven ability to plan, formulate, and evaluate complex cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience leading presales engagements and strategizing with commercial teams for growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan presales activities including customer requirement assessments and proposal timelines.
• Strategize solution approaches by analyzing client needs and market trends.
• Formulate customized technical and commercial proposals aligning with client security requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and POC sessions with prospective clients.
• Synergize with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure solution feasibility.
• Ensure proposal quality and compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate customer environments and recommend cybersecurity solutions and architectures.
• Negotiate scopes, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Recommend product positioning based on client feedback and market insights.
• Authorize final proposal configurations prior to submission.
• Lead knowledge-sharing and training for the sales team.
• Strategize with sales to identify opportunities and hit revenue targets.
