Job summary

Juke Solutions (PT Juke Solusi Teknologi) in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, seeks a Solution Architect/Presales Cybersecurity to design end-to-end technology solutions based on business needs and to translate requirements into secure, scalable architectures.

You will develop architecture, proposals, blueprints, and technical docs, while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Network, and Security teams to drive successful deployments and PoCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, System Architect, Presales Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Experience in developing solution architecture/design and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Understands API, database, virtualization, containerization, and system integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct technical discussions with customers.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or solution architecture are a plus.
