Job summary

PT Merauke Sugar Group seeks a senior engineer to establish standards and ensure reliability of plant control systems, including PLC/DCS/SCADA and Siemens PCS neo. You will review designs, provide technical recommendations, and coordinate contractor activities from installation to commissioning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least seven years in plant control systems, with strong analytical and coordination skills to support asset management within the production

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or related field required.
Minimum 7 years in plant control systems, industrial automation, or instrumentation.
Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA; experience with Siemens PCS neo preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish standards and ensure operational reliability of Control System equipment.
Maintain plant control systems including generators, boilers, utilities, and factory equipment.
Review designs and provide recommendations on drawings such as SLD, P&ID, and wiring diagrams.
Coordinate with design contractors, installation, and commissioning teams; guide asset management implementation.
