PT Borneo Sumatera Solusi seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead industrial control system automation projects in Pekanbaru and Duri, Riau. The role emphasizes RTU, PLC, SCADA, and DCS installations within oil & gas and petrochemical environments.

Candidates should have 7+ years in related sectors, with a strong track record in leading multi-system integration and strict adherence to K3 Migas, PTW, JSA, and SIMOPs procedures. PMP and certifications are valued additions.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control, or Automation.
At least 7 years of experience in upstream/downstream oil and gas, energy industry, and petrochemical sectors.
Proven track record of minimum 5 years leading RTU, PLC, SCADA, and DCS installation and integration projects.
Experience managing projects in Pertamina, PHR, and KKKS environments; PMP certification valued.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and integration projects for RTU, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
Manage projects in the upstream/downstream oil and gas, energy, and petrochemical sectors.
Ensure compliance with K3LL Migas procedures, PTW, JSA, and SIMOPs.
Handle projects in Pertamina, PHR, and KKKS environments.
