Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis related to Payroll Software and HRIS implementation.
• Provide assistance in data migration, system migration, and reconciliation of salary and tax data.
• Conduct training for Benemica service users.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, questions, and issues.
• Assist client during payroll process as needed.
• Analyze and simulate bugs and issues encountered.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues per service standards.
• Verify correction results and conduct software testing.
• Communicate workarounds and software fixes to clients.
• Analyze product and process for improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Tax Management, or Communication
