Job summary

PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri in Java Barat region seeks an experienced HC Shared Services Specialist to manage payroll, compensation & benefit, and employee data administration. You will ensure accurate data, timely payroll processing, and regulatory compliance across BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, and other mandates.

You will support reporting, data reconciliation, and coordination with related departments, while safeguarding confidentiality of employee information. Placement is in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee payroll, Compensation & Benefit (Comben), and HC administration.
• Proficient in HCIS/SunFish and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines and targets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with HC policies and employment regulations.
• Familiar with government reporting platforms (BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, WLKP/WLTK, Disnaker, JSHK).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data, especially payroll and benefits.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Employee Data & HC Administration: manage, maintain, and update data accurately and timely.
• Payroll Management: prepare and process payroll calculations per policy and regulations.
• Compensation & Benefit administration: manage allowances, deductions, and benefits.
• BPJSTK and BPJS Kesehatan administration and enrollment monitoring.
• Statutory & Government Reporting: ensure data complete and reports timely.
• Data Analysis & Reconciliation: analyze payroll, attendance, and HC data, reconcile records.
• Reporting & Operational Control: prepare payroll, ComBen, and HC reports; monitor timelines.
• Coordination & Team Supervision: coordinate with departments and steer team activities.
