Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) required; Master's (S2) preferred.
• At least 10 years in operations/logistics/port/transport with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead field-based operations, monitor KPI, and drive targets.
• Good understanding of port and shipping industries; existing network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Develop and execute operational plans, targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, KPI achievement, and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee field operations to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Manage, develop, and coordinate teams and stakeholders including regulators and customers.
