This critical role demands a leader with extensive experience in plant management, process optimization, and team leadership, all within a remote context. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness across the plant, ensuring it meets and exceeds production targets. The successful candidate will leverage technology and strong communication skills to effectively oversee operations, maintain high standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the plant's dedicated on‑site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans and production schedules to meet demand forecasts and quality standards.
• Lead and manage the on‑site plant leadership team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
• Monitor plant performance through key metrics, analyze data, and implement data‑driven improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality management systems.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

Requirements
