Our client, a remote-leading safety specialist in Oil & Gas, seeks a highly experienced Remote Lead Process Safety Engineer to guide safety across global operations from a remote setting.

You will develop, implement, and oversee Process Safety Management systems, lead PHAs, and mentor safety professionals worldwide, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in process safety engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of PSM elements (MOC, PSSR, PHA, incident investigation).
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Proven leadership and remote team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and procedures.
