Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management.
- At least 8 years in plant operations management with leadership experience.
- Proven remote leadership and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP/MES, lean manufacturing and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality and safety.
- Develop strategic plans and production schedules to meet demand.
- Lead on-site leadership team and drive data-driven improvements.
- Manage budgets, costs and identify opportunities for savings.
