Job summary

PT. DUTA TIRTA ABADI is seeking an experienced License Expert to join its West Jakarta-based legal team.

The role focuses on licensing matters, regulatory compliance, and permitting for clients and internal operations to ensure complete adherence to licensing regulations and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include advising clients and stakeholders, managing mining licenses (IUP, IUJP, IPP), and coordinating with authorities like ESDM and the Ministry of Transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in mining licensing or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of OSS, Minerba One, and licensing processes.
• Experience dealing with government authorities (ESDM, Ministry of Transportation).
• Fluent English and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on licensing, regulatory compliance, and permitting obligations.
• Manage mining-related licenses (IUP, IUJP, IPP) and other permits.
• Oversee licensing for infrastructure and transportation projects (dredging, ports).
• Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants on licensing matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and renewal deadlines; assess licensing risks.
• Prepare, review, and verify licensing documents and supporting files.
• Provide regular updates on licensing progress and outstanding issues.
