Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a motivated Legal Operation Officer to lead legal operations in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role requires handling a range of legal tasks related to mining operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across the business.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track legal expenses and provide cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the business.
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
