Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a Senior Merchandising Executive to drive retail performance in the Indonesia market. You will shape product assortment, manage stock levels, and lead in-store execution in partnership with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain.

You will travel for store visits and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on data-driven decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, or store operations.
• Experience in retail store visits, competitor benchmarking, and product analysis is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising Strategy Development: develop plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Product Selection and Procurement: curate optimal assortment, inform buying decisions, ensure availability.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, forecast and replenish to minimise stockouts.
• Visual Merchandising: collaborate to ensure effective in-store presentation and consistency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Retail Ops, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis: monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
