Serial is seeking a Merchandiser Lead in Jakarta to oversee all merchandising activities, ensuring product availability and strong in-store presentation. You will develop plans, forecast demand, and collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely replenishment across retail and online channels.

The role requires 5+ years in merchandising and a Bachelor’s in a related field, with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position at our Jakarta office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in merchandising, buying, inventory planning, or category management.
• Experience managing people or mentoring junior staff is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop merchandise plans based on sales targets and market trends.
• Forecast demand for key SKUs and categories across channels.
• Maintain assortment plans aligned with brand positioning.
• Review past performance to inform allocation and buying decisions.
• Manage weekly stock allocation for all sales channels.
• Monitor stock levels and address overstock/understock issues.
• Collaborate with supply chain/warehouse for replenishment.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock movement and orders.
• Oversee product onboarding and phase-outs.
• Ensure accurate SKU setup across ERP and e-commerce systems.
• Track product performance and propose lifecycle adjustments.
• Present insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop a team of junior merchandisers or assistants.
