Job summary

Qualifications

Based in West Jakarta.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with CRM systems, pivot table analysis, and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share for J&J MedTech.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders including surgeons, OB/GYNs, and other professionals to drive product adoption.
Communicate with healthcare professionals and support sales with deep product portfolio knowledge.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends to expand market share.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all activities.
Utilize CRM to manage relationships, track activities, and analyze data to optimize performance.
Conduct data analysis using pivot tables to generate reports and forecasts for decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and health care compliance to execute campaigns and launches.
