Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Science or related life science.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market medical or healthcare products to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, hospital purchasing teams, and others.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and scientific discussions.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product indications, benefits, safety information, and proper use.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and territory analyses.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and educational events.
• Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and customer service teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
