Job summary

SOECHI GROUP in Jakarta center seeks a senior Electrical Engineer for offshore LNG projects. You will review electrical designs, oversee integration of high- and low-voltage systems, and ensure hazardous area compliance on LNG facilities.

The role covers FAT/SAT, procurement reviews, and commissioning, delivering a seamless transfer from shipyard to operations while meeting ABS, DNV and IEC/IEEE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with strong HV/LV expertise.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Oil & Gas or LNG, offshore favored.
• Experience with offshore facilities or FSRU projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical designs, including diagrams, layouts, and datasheets.
• Oversee HV/LV distribution and hazardous area compliance on LNG assets.
• Lead FAT/SAT, procurement reviews and vendor inspections.
• Supervise commissioning and SIT for smooth handover to operations.
• Ensure compliance with ABS, DNV and IEC/IEEE standards.
