Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education preferred.

Additional Information

Shift: Rotating

Work location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

This position requires the candidate to work a 5‑day‑a‑week schedule in the office.
