Job summary

Anugrah Neo Energy Materials in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to manage our enterprise network, data centers, and cloud/hybrid environments. You will design architecture, ensure security, SLA delivery, and incident management across a large IT estate.

You will lead a cross‑functional IT team, drive reliability, governance, and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with local data protection regulations including UU PDP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, cybersecurity, or IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Command Center and develop centralized operational dashboards.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust IT network architecture, redundancy, and SLA management.
• Establish incident management procedures, monitoring systems, and automation.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with regulations including UU PDP (Indonesia).
• Lead IT infrastructure operations, team management, workload allocation, and service delivery.
• Manage enterprise networks, servers, data centers, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and connectivity.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and asset governance.
• Manage enterprise email systems, endpoint security, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and office IT equipment.
• Coordinate with General Affairs on IT power management, backup power, and reliability.
• Establish IT standards, network documentation, security architecture, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish effective incident management procedures, monitoring systems, and automation.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with applicable regulations, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
• Lead IT infrastructure operations, team management, workload allocation, and service delivery.
• Manage enterprise networks, servers, data centers, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and connectivity.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and asset governance.
• Manage enterprise email systems, endpoint security, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and office IT equipment.
• Coordinate with General Affairs on IT power management, backup power, and infrastructure reliability.
• Establish IT standards, network documentation, security architecture, and operational best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, network administration, cybersecurity, system administration, desktop support, or IT asset management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, switching, NAT, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise networking equipment such as Juniper, MikroTik, Fortinet, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, ISO 27001, endpoint security, SSO, and MFA.
• Experience in network performance monitoring, availability management, bandwidth optimization, latency monitoring, and SLA compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, private connectivity, virtual networks, security groups, and cloud firewalls.
• Familiarity with Indonesian data protection regulations, particularly UU PDP.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Professional certifications or training in networking, cybersecurity, or IT service management are preferred.
