Epergne Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure and security devices across our Indonesian operations. You will ensure network availability, performance, and security, and lead incident response with cross‑functional IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in enterprise networks, hands‑on Cisco device experience, and robust firewall management skills (Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower).

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Cisco enterprise devices.
• Proficient in firewall management: Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and security testing.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and security devices, ensuring network availability, security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise network devices, including routers and switches.
• Configure and manage firewalls, including Juniper, Palo Alto, and Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Configure and maintain Trellix Skyhigh proxy solutions.
• Monitor enterprise LAN/WAN connectivity, network performance, and service availability.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, configuration changes, and security patching.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, operating procedures, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise network devices.
