Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Production & Utility Supervisor who will oversee the maintenance of production and utility machines. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-6 years of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance plans, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with various ISO standards. The position is onsite in Jakarta Timur, with working hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience as a Maintenance Production & Utility Supervisor in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
• Able to maintain production and utility machine equipment.
• Understanding of Electrical Systems and program logic control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate periodic maintenance plans.
• Implement machine repairs and lead maintenance functions.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of commissioning machines and electrical systems.
