Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance & Utility Technician located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The ideal candidate will oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring utility machines operate efficiently. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant 2-4 years of experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.

This role requires understanding of various utility systems and a willingness to work shifting hours. Onsite work is mandatory, with a focus on maintaining production standards and supporting energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years experience of Maintenance & Utility Technician in cosmetics/pharmacy/FMCG industries.
• Experience maintaining and operating utility machines including Boiler, Chiller, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct corrective, preventive utility machine maintenance.
• Handle utility and production troubleshooting machines.
• Ensure all utility machines and production run well as per procedures.

Skills

Maintenance & Utility Technician experience

Knowledge of Electrical Systems

Understanding of Boiler and Chiller operation

Ability to read electrical layouts

Qualifications

• Experience 2-4 years of Maintenance & Utility Technician in cosmetics, pharmacy , FMCG industries/manufacture
• Experience in maintenance and operation of utility engines as follows ; Boiler, Chiller, HVAC, AHU, Air Compressor, Elevator, WTP/WWTP
• Understanding of Electrical, PLC, Mechanical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
• Able to read electrical and mechanical layouts
• Willing to work with shifting systems
• Preferably understand K3, ISO 9001, 14001, CPKB, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos
