Job summary

Japfa Indonesia's Wonoayu site seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and utility operators in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery, manage spare parts, monitor utilities, and drive energy efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A minimum of five years in maintenance in industry is required with a mechanical or electrical engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance and utility supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing/food processing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, boilers.
• Proficiency with CMMS and safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy savings.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and metrics.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on new projects.
