Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, large conglomerates, or global consulting firms.
• Hands-on financial due diligence and M&A transaction experience.
• Proven track record supporting deals for large corporate, multinational, SOE (BUMN), or government clients.
• Experience managing client portfolios and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including deal structuring and financial modeling.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with executives and government-related clients.
• Provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for corporate finance engagements.
• Oversee deal pipeline and portfolio management to align with growth objectives.
