Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a leading organisation in the Professional Services sector to recruit a Business Recovery Services Senior Manager based in Indonesia. You will lead complex financial restructuring and corporate finance engagements for large-scale organisations across multiple sectors, driving strategic advisory initiatives and managing key client relationships.

You will direct cross-functional teams, oversee deal pipelines, and contribute to the growth of the business

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Private Equity, investment banking, large conglomerates, or global consulting firms.
• Proven track record with large corporate, multinational, or government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A deals, including structuring, modelling, valuation, and technical analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across executives and clients in government and SOE sectors.
• Provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for corporate finance and consulting services.
• Oversee client portfolios and deal pipelines aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional teams during complex restructuring engagements.
