Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in PE, investment banking, or global consulting, with hands-on deal execution, strong financial modelling and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, large conglomerates or global consulting firms.
• Proven hands-on experience managing investment transactions and M&A deals.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions with structuring, modelling, valuation and analysis.
• Manage executives and clients across enterprise, multinational, BUMN and government sectors.
• Provide strategic advisory and leadership to ensure high-quality corporate finance delivery.
• Oversee portfolio and deal pipeline to align with growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams during complex engagements.
