Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Deals Strategy Operations Manager in Indonesia to lead and deliver complex M&A strategy and operational consulting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will drive strategic transformation initiatives, manage senior client advisory engagements, and deliver actionable operational frameworks that enhance performance and growth across multinational and government-related entities.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in a large conglomerate or global consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience in management consulting projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A strategy and operations.
• Experience working with multinational enterprises or large-scale institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A Strategy & Operational Engagements: Direct end-to-end management consulting projects focused on M&A strategy, operational restructuring, post-merger integration, and transaction execution.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships & Advisory: Build and maintain trusted rapport with senior clients and key decision-makers across multinational enterprises, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and government entities.
• Drive Project Execution & Strategic Leadership: Provide hands-on project management, direct cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable operational frameworks to drive client performance and growth.
