FL Technics Indonesia, a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, seeks a Logistics Admin professional to manage freight and storage data, ensuring accuracy across CRM and Excel. You will support logistics projects, coordinate with the team, and maintain data integrity under tight timelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics or related fields, strong English, and proficiency with Excel and CRM systems. Aviation/MRO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, administration, finance/accounting or similar roles.
• Experience handling documentation, data administration and large volumes of numerical data.
• Experience working with Excel is mandatory.
• CRM systems experience is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Remain calm, professional and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with integrity and responsibility.
• Knowledge of aviation/MRO processes is a plus.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics data and documents.
• Handle administrative and documentation tasks for logistics projects.
• Coordinate with Logistics team to maintain accurate data and processes.
• Monitor and follow up on missing or incorrect data and process issues.
• Ensure other departments follow established procedures.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalating to supervisor.
• Provide backup support for Sales Logistics & PLB team activities when needed.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and attention to detail.

Fluent in English, both verbal and spoken with good negotiation and influencing skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, administration, finance/accounting, or a similar role.

Experience handling documentation, data administration, and large volumes of numerical data.

Experience working with Excel is mandatory.
