Job summary

SKINTIFIC is seeking a Livestream Operations professional to drive end-to-end livestream management across platforms such as TikTok and Shopee. You will assist hosts, relay viewer questions, and contribute to strategic plans aimed at increasing sales.

The role requires 2–3 years in livestreaming, strong English communication, and familiarity with skincare/beauty products. Office-based in South Jakarta, with flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Min. 2-3 years experience in Livestream.
• Good knowledge about live stream and TikTok trends.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning to increase sales and optimize livestream performance.
• Assist the host during live streams and relay viewer inquiries to the host.
• Manage end-to-end livestream operations daily across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
• Monitor and evaluate the host's performance to ensure high-quality livestreams.
• Edit video content from livestreams to create ads and promotional material.

Job description

Engage in developing strategic planning to increase sales.

Assisting the host during live stream and delivering inquiries from viewers to the host in charge

Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the live stream daily across the channel (Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)

Monitor and evaluate the host's performance to deliver a good-quality livestream

Editing content video (taken and recorded from Live stream session) to create video ads.

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's degree from any major

Min. 2-3 years experience in Livestream

Good knowledge about live stream and Tiktok trends

Able to communicate in English

Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization

Familiarity with the beauty industry and have a broad knowledge of skincare/beauty products is a plus

Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet

Able to operate livestream menus on TikTok and Shopee

Can join ASAP and able to follow shifting schedule (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
