Job summary

A leading Indonesian children's development company is seeking a Live Stream Assistant to support the operation of live streams across platforms like Shopee and TikTok. Responsibilities include scheduling and evaluating hosts, managing operations, and strategic planning to boost sales. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a good understanding of live streaming trends. A hybrid work model is available, 2-3 times a week in South Jakarta.

• Assist the host during live streams and relay viewer inquiries.
• Manage administration related to host & agency payments.

About The Role

All brands under Tentang Anak (Thinker Tales, Expert Care, & Expert Boost) urgently need a Live Stream Assistant who has experience and/or interest in live streaming/live shopping systems. Live stream assistants will have the ability to create and maintain an effective & efficient system of live stream operation in Shopee & TikTok or other marketplaces to support business needs.

Job Description

• Scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating the host performance to deliver on time and good quality live stream
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end operation of the live stream daily across the channel (Shopee, Tiktok, Etc)
• Engage in developing strategic planning to increase sales
• Assisting the host during the live stream and delivering inquiries from viewers to the host in charge
• Responsible for managing administration related to host & agency payment

Requirements

• Male or Female
• Bachelors degree from any major/fresh graduate experienced welcome to apply
• Good Knowledge of live stream and TikTok/Shopee Live Trends
• Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with the beauty or mom & baby industry and knowledge about skincare/mom & baby products is a plus
• Able to do hybrid working model,2-3 times a week (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
