Job description

This role involves managing live streaming operations across TikTok Shop and Shopee platforms. You will conduct competitor and platform research to identify trends and opportunities, manage host scheduling and performance, monitor key metrics including views, engagement, GMV, conversion, and sales, and ensure compliance with platform regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competitor and platform research to identify live streaming trends, campaign opportunities, and optimal streaming schedules
• Manage host scheduling, attendance, performance monitoring, evaluation, and rotation
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly live streaming performance, including views, engagement, GMV, conversion, and sales
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve host and live streaming performance
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams regarding host recruitment, operational needs, performance evaluation, and issue resolution
• Monitor TikTok and Shopee regulations and ensure live activities comply with platform guidelines
• Develop and conduct training and coaching programs to improve host communication, product knowledge, engagement, and selling skills
• Identify performance gaps and support continuous improvement of host quality and sales contribution

Qualification

• 1-2 years of experience in Live Streaming or related fields
• Experience managing or coordinating live streaming hosts
• Familiar with TikTok Shop and Shopee Live and their performance metrics
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with good Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Good understanding of live selling, host performance, engagement, and conversion
• Good communication and coordination skills with agencies, hosts, and internal teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple operational tasks
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG is a plus
