Job summary

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong selling and product presentation capabilities
• Ability to build viewer engagement and handle questions
• Proficiency with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other marketplaces
• Willing to work onsite in Semarang and follow schedules including evenings/weekends
• Preferred: experience selling electronics, home appliances, smart home, or consumer goods

Live Streaming Host responsible for presenting and selling products through live streaming platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other marketplaces. The role involves engaging with viewers, demonstrating products, and driving sales through compelling presentations and interactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other marketplace platforms
• Present and demonstrate products with clear, engaging, and persuasive explanations
• Build and maintain interaction with viewers during live sessions
• Apply selling and product presentation techniques to drive sales
• Read comments, answer viewer questions, and handle customer objections during live streams
• Meet sales targets and follow scheduled live streaming times, including evening and weekend sessions as required
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor during all broadcasts
• Work individually and collaboratively with team members

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education qualification, all majors
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Live Streaming Host
• Confident, communicative, and comfortable speaking on camera
