Job summary

SKINTIFIC is seeking a live stream host to support ongoing sessions and engage audiences across TikTok and Shopee. You will assist hosts, relay viewer inquiries, and help manage daily livestream operations from our South Jakarta office.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong social skills, familiar with beauty products, and proficient in Excel. Join ASAP with a flexible schedule as needed to drive sales and content creation.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge about live streaming and TikTok trends.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and livestream controls.
• Able to join ASAP and follow shifting schedules; office in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales.
• Assist the host during live streams and relay inquiries to the host.
• Manage end-to-end livestream operations daily across channels (TikTok, Shopee).
• Monitor and evaluate the host's performance to ensure high-quality livestreams.
• Edit video content from live streams to create video ads.

Job description

• Good knowledge about live stream and Tiktok trends
• Able to communicate in English
• Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with the beauty industry and have a broad knowledge of skincare/beauty products is a plus
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet
• Able to operate livestream menus on TikTok and Shopee
• Can join ASAP and able to follow shifting schedule (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Engage in developing strategic planning to increase sales.
• Assisting the host during live stream and delivering inquiries from viewers to the host in charge
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the live stream daily across the channel (Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)
• Monitor and evaluate the host's performance to deliver a good-quality livestream
• Editing content video (taken and recorded from Live stream session) to create video ads.
