Job summary

PT. HaiZhen Cosmetics Indonesia seeks a dynamic Live Streaming Host to present skincare products in English across TikTok, Shopee and Instagram. You will create engaging content, perform demos and reviews, and drive viewer interaction through chats and Q&A.

This role requires strong on-camera presence and a passion for beauty trends. Responsibilities include planning live concepts, maintaining content quality, and collaborating with the team to hit engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Live hosting experience, preferably in beauty/skincare.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Able to create content: short videos, reviews, product demos.
• Familiar with live streaming apps, lighting, and audio.

• Disciplined, consistent, and quick to resolve issues during live sessions.

Job description

Host live streaming sessions in English on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram and other platforms, presenting products in an engaging, educational and persuasive way. Create daily and weekly content including short videos, reviews, unboxing, and product demos. Build strong interaction with the audience through interactive chat, polls, Q&A and other engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

Host live streaming sessions in English on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram and other platforms

Present products in an engaging, educational and persuasive way

Build strong interaction with the audience through interactive chat, polls, Q&A and other engagement activities

Work together with the team to plan live concepts and content ideas

Maintain consistent live performance and content quality

Requirements :

Must be fluent in English

Live hosting experience, especially in beauty/skincare (preferred)

Well-groomed and confident in front of the camera

Able to create content: short videos, reviews, product demos

Familiar with live streaming applications, basic lighting and audio

Understands social media trends and platform algorithms

Able to interact actively with the audience (chat, polls, Q&A)

Good communication skills, expressive, with a strong on-cam presence

Disciplined, consistent, and quick to resolve issues during live sessions

Commission upon achieving targets
