Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Live Operation Lead to oversee daily streaming performance on TikTok and Shopee, manage host schedules, and ensure accurate reporting. You will collect data from seller centers, validate it, and provide insights to boost engagement and sales.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of leadership in live streaming operations, strong communication, and solid data analysis skills to drive the team through peak campaigns like 8.8, Payday, and other events.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Live Streaming Leader or Live Operation Lead.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a track record in team management.
• Solid ability to analyze data and translate it into actions for live campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Live Streaming performance on TikTok and Shopee including GMV, viewers, orders, and sales.
• Collect and input live data from TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Seller Center into internal reports.
• Check and validate data from multiple sources to ensure report accuracy.
• Manage and monitor host schedules and attendance for live sessions.
• Adjust host schedules and plans during major campaigns and events.
• Flag underperforming accounts or sessions and report issues to relevant teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance briefings and provide insights for improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Live Streaming performance on TikTok and Shopee, including GMV, viewers, orders, and sales.
• Collect and input Live Streaming data from TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Seller Center into internal reports.
• Check and validate data from multiple sources to ensure all reports are accurate.
• Manage and monitor host schedules and attendance for Live Streaming sessions.
• Adjust host schedules and operational plans during major campaigns such as 8.8, Payday, HUT RI, and other sales events.
• Monitor accounts or Live Streaming sessions that are performing below target and report the issues to the relevant team.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance briefings based on the status of each account.
• Provide insights and recommendations to help the team improve Live Streaming performance.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as Live Streaming Leader/ Live Operation Lead
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills; capable of effectively driving collaboration.
• Solid data analysis skills; able to independently interpret and optimize operational data.
• Familiarity with the backend operations of live streaming platforms such as TikTok and Shopee; capable of efficiently managing live streams.
