Job summary

Coletta, based in Indonesia, seeks a Live Streaming Host to present and promote fashion products on TikTok and Shopee Live. You will drive engagement, answer audience questions, and execute sales campaigns while maintaining high-energy delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of live hosting experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of live commerce dynamics in the fashion sector. Office-based, Mon–Sat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Live Streaming Host.
• Experience in fashion or apparel e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong public speaking, high energy, persuasive sales and communication skills.
• Familiar with TikTok and Shopee Live ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Host daily live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee to drive product awareness and hit sales targets.
• Present, demonstrate, and pitch products while executing real-time promotional campaigns, flash sales, and exclusive deals.
• Interact dynamically with viewers by answering product inquiries, addressing comments, and building a strong, interactive community during streams.
• Ensure proper equipment setup (lighting, audio, visual presentation) and maintain product display aesthetics before and during streams.
• Increase the number of live streaming viewers, conversion rate and also handle related data.
• Work From Office from Monday-Saturday

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Live Streaming Host
• Prior experience in the fashion or apparel e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Possesses strong public speaking, high energy, persuasive sales and communication skills
• Strong understanding of the TikTok and Shopee Live ecosystems.
• Capable and accustomed to conducting live streams, managing live flow, and executing sales campaigns.
