Job summary

PT BUSANA AKTIF MANDIRI is seeking a high-energy Live Streaming Host to drive product awareness on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live from our Jakarta studio. You will host sessions, demonstrate products, and push real-time promotions to hit targets.

Build an engaging community by responding to comments and showcasing apparel with strong visual presentation. Collaborate with the e-commerce team on rundown flows and key selling points.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as Live Streaming Host.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop and Shopee Live ecosystems.
• Capable of conducting live streams, managing live flow, and executing sales campaigns.
• Prior experience in fashion or apparel e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent public speaking skills, high energy, and persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Host daily live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live to drive product awareness and hit sales targets.
• Present, demonstrate, and pitch products while executing real-time promotions, flash sales and exclusive deals.
• Interact with viewers by answering inquiries, addressing comments, and building an interactive community during streams.
• Ensure proper equipment setup and maintain product display aesthetics before and during streams.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and livestream team to prepare run-down flows and key selling points for featured products.
