Savaya Group in Bali seeks a Group Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver production operations across venues and events. You will lead cross-functional teams from creative to technical, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard live experiences.

This hands-on leadership role requires managing complex productions, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and maintaining exceptional delivery in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Manager or similar in events
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end production lifecycle
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of health, safety, and permits

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production process from planning to de-rig and post-event review
• Coordinate internal teams, artists, agencies, suppliers, and contractors
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, site plans, run sheets, risk assessments, and permits
• Manage production budgets, quotations, POs, invoices, and cost tracking
• Lead production teams during build, rehearsals, live operations, and pack-down
