As an Assistant Technical Production Manager, you will support the Technical Production Manager in coordinating and delivering technical production requirements across Savaya’s venues and events. From sound and lighting to LED screens, audiovisual equipment, staging, and other technical setups, you will help ensure every production is planned, prepared, tested, and executed to the highest standard.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is technically capable, organised, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments where precision, teamwork, and quick problem‑solving are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support the Technical Production Manager in planning and coordinating technical requirements for daily venue operations, events, activations, and special productions.

You will assist with preparing technical schedules, production plans, equipment requirements, and setup timelines. Before events and productions, you will help coordinate equipment preparation, installation, testing, and technical checks to ensure all systems are ready and functioning properly.

During on‑site execution, you will work closely with technical crews, vendors, and internal teams to ensure sound, lighting, LED screens, audiovisual equipment, staging, and other technical elements are delivered according to the agreed requirements. You will monitor technical operations, respond to issues as they arise, and assist with troubleshooting to minimise disruption.

You will also support equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, storage, and proper handling of technical assets. When working with external vendors and technical crews, you will help ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Savaya’s operational and technical standards.

Could This Be You?

• Do you have experience in technical production, event production, AV, entertainment, or a similar technical role?
• Have you worked with sound systems, lighting, LED screens, AV equipment, staging, or other event production equipment?
• Are you comfortable supporting technical setups, testing, and troubleshooting on‑site?
• Can you coordinate effectively with technical crews, vendors, and internal teams?
• Are you organised and able to manage multiple technical requirements and timelines?
• Can you remain calm and solution‑oriented when technical issues arise during live operations?
• Do you understand basic technical safety and equipment handling procedures?
• Are you comfortable working on‑site during events, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays?
• Are you willing to work in a hands‑on environment that may require flexibility and extended hours during productions?
• Can you communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia?
