Job summary

Savaya Group seeks an Assistant Technical Production Manager to support planning and delivery of technical production across venues and events. You will help coordinate sound, lighting, LED screens, AV, staging, and other technical needs from planning through on-site execution.

You will work closely with technical crews, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality guest experiences during live productions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical production, event production, AV, or entertainment.
• Ability to coordinate on-site setups, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced live environments with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical requirements for daily venue operations, events, activations, and productions.
• Prepare technical schedules, production plans, equipment lists, and setup timelines.
• Coordinate equipment prep, installation, testing, and checks before events.
• Support on-site execution with sound, lighting, LED, AV, and staging elements.
