Savaya Group is seeking a Group Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver production operations across Bali venues and events. You’ll work with creative, events, and technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality live experiences.

This hands-on leadership role demands managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering exceptional events in premium hospitality and entertainment settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Manager or similar role in events.
• Managing live events, music, festivals or premium hospitality projects.
• Ability to manage end-to-end production lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Strong communication and coordination with creative, technical and venue teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production process for events and activations in Bali.
• Lead production planning, budgeting, timelines, and risk management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, artists, agencies, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor delivery, safety, compliance, and post-event debriefs.
• Manage budgets, cost control, quotes, POs, and invoices.
• Provide hands-on leadership during build, show, and strike.
• Maintain production schedules, site plans, run sheets, and riders.
