Job summary

Savaya Bali is seeking a hands-on Technical Production Coordinator to unite sound, lighting, LED screens, AV, staging and other tech in live events across venues. You’ll work closely with internal operations, crews, vendors, and partners to ensure flawless setup and execution.

From pre-production to on-site live operations, you’ll troubleshoot issues, monitor readiness, and help maintain equipment and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical production, events, AV, or related roles.
• Experience with sound, lighting, LED screens, and staging.
• Strong on-site coordination and timeline management.
• Ability to work with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day technical production across Savaya venues and events.
• Prepare technical requirements, equipment lists, setup schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, testing, and dismantling.
• Support on-site technical team during events and live operations.
• Assist with maintenance, inventory, and safety compliance.
