Job summary

Bisa Tumbuh is seeking a Live Streaming Lead to manage end-to-end live streaming operations across major platforms from BSD Tangerang. You will coordinate hosts and LSOs, optimize performance, and drive sales growth through compelling campaigns and data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, a deep understanding of live commerce workflows, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily live streaming operations across platforms.
• Manage host, LSO, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth live sessions.
• Create and monitor schedules, rundowns, product focus, scripts, and promos.
• Ensure hosts understand product knowledge, objectives, and live flow.
• Supervise LSO execution: setup, product pinning, and traffic support.
• Monitor GMV, views, CTR, CVR, watch time, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance.
• Identify issues and coordinate rapid solutions with internal teams.
• Support host development through briefing, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with KAM, Store Ops, Affiliate, and Content teams to align activities with brand targets.
• Prepare regular live streaming reports and improve plans.
