Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor in Industrial/Mechanical Eng, strong English, budget oversight, and hands-on experience with VSM, FMEA, and lean training. You will shape standards and collaborate across teams to achieve cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean projects.
• At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing with Kaizen, lean, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
• Proficient in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate continuous improvement through team collaboration.
• Develop and control the department budget to meet financial and cost objectives within overall cost constraints.
• Direct and control staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and perform their responsibilities to required standards.
• Drive process improvement using lean manufacturing techniques.
• Identify waste in operations.
• Initiate lean manufacturing education and training.
