Job summary

Güntner seeks a qualified engineer to lead process improvements in our production area in Indonesia. You will assess current processes, measure performance, and guide Kaizen initiatives to raise efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include developing standardized improvement workflows, analyzing time and cost, monitoring results, and coordinating with related departments to implement changes while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Able to analyze processes and material costs.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements (Kaizen, lean, VSM, FMEA, PDCA).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve process issues.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes, take measurements, and analyze data to guide improvements in production area.
• Analyze time and cost of improvement processes.
• Developing, configuring improvement processes to be implemented with related department.
• Preparing standardization of improvement processes.
• Monitoring improvement results.
