Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Lean / Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead and implement improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. You will analyze current processes, reduce waste, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity and quality.

The role also involves monitoring results, preparing improvement reports and SOPs, and providing lean production training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing or related field.
• 1–3 years of Lean / Continuous Improvement experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient with Lean tools and methodologies: 6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality improvement tools: Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, PDCA.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel or similar).
