Job summary

PT Mattel Indonesia is seeking a Lean/CI professional to drive continuous improvement across our Bekasi site. The role focuses on Kaizen events, Lean training, and developing sustainable lean programs to elevate site performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years in manufacturing, and strong change-management and project leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, with placement in Cikarang – Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with change management and driving change.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, OSHAS 18001 and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous improvement event across levels and areas (Kaizen, VSM, Project, Workshop).
• Lead the strategic initiative projects to support site performances.
• Develop continuous program and system for lean culture sustainability.
• Conduct Lean knowledge transfer and training to build organizational capabilities.
• Responsible for non-staff development in daily monitoring project and grade progression program.
