Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a Lean / CI Specialist to lead and implement improvement initiatives across production areas. You will analyze processes, propose changes, and drive waste reduction while boosting productivity and quality.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will monitor results, perform data analysis, and prepare reports and standard operating procedures to sustain gains and share best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field.
• 1–3 years Lean/CI experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with Lean tools and methodologies (6S, Kaizen, VSM, RCA).
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality improvement tools (Fishbone, 5 Why, PDCA).
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel or other analytical tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives

• Monitor improvement results and perform data analysis
